Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Smart — Made (the "Service"), operated by Prem Chaudhari ("we," "us," "our"), registered in Gujarat, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you ("you," "the Store") agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Smart — Made is a subscription software platform providing billing, inventory, and marketing tools for ready-made garment retail stores in India.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate business and contact information at signup. You're responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account, including actions by staff you add.
3. Subscription & Billing
Access is provided on a subscription basis as described on our Pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all business, inventory, and customer data you enter into the Service. We process it solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and never sell it.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful content, to attempt to breach its security, or to resell access without our written consent.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with Razorpay for payment processing and a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider for messaging you initiate; your use of those features is also subject to their own terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, its software, design, and branding are owned by Prem Chaudhari.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding a claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may cancel anytime per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
10. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India; courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
