Prem Chaudhari ("we," "us," "our") operates Smart — Made. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
1. What we collect
Account data (name, phone, email, store name/address) at signup; staff data you add; customer data you enter (names, phone numbers, purchase history) to run your own billing and marketing, which we process on your behalf and which remains yours; payment data, handled directly by Razorpay — we never store card or bank details; basic technical usage logs for security and reliability.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, process your subscription payments, send WhatsApp/SMS messages you initiate to your own customers, and respond to support requests.
3. Who we share it with
Razorpay (subscription payments), your chosen WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (messages you create), and our secure cloud hosting provider. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to anyone.
4. Your rights
In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection framework, you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by writing to mukeshvarfa1@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your business data after 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal or tax purposes.
5. Security
Industry-standard encryption and access controls, including row-level data isolation between stores on the platform.
6. Changes
Updates to this policy will be posted here with a revised effective date.
